and services. Prior to being tapped for the role of
TIBCO's Executive Vice President, Worldwide
Infrastructure Sales, Raj was Senior
Vice President, Sales - Americas.
As Senior Vice President, he was
accountable for revenue, profit
and client satisfaction, in addition
to managing strategy and sales
operations. Prior to these roles,
he was Chief Marketing Officer,
where he executed his vision into new and
emerging technology markets with insightful
strategy. Raj attained his engineering degree
in computer science and technology from
Bangalore University in 1992.
Jim served as chief financial officer of Jaspersoft, and was responsible for all internal accounting and financial controls, legal and administrative matters, and IT operations. He also oversaw the company's strategic and operating plans. Before Jaspersoft,
Jim served as the chief financial officer of MSC Software, where he helped to restore the privately held software company to profitability, and VGH, an Elevation Partners-owned company that was sold to Electronic Arts in 2008. After serving in the U.S. Navy,
Jim earned a BA degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
